You, “the coachee”, will learn to discover answers and new ways of life based upon your values, preferences and perspectives. Your Personal Life Coach will guide you in finding your true potential and help you to select a goal in order to achieve your desired results with an appropriate action plan. We will then work together to keep you connected to your goal, achieve it, and learn to orchestrate it to create a transformational and fulfilling experience. Sound Healing
This unique healing modality uses several specific instruments, sacred music, and other somatic vibrations to relieve chronic and emotional pain, manage stress, and reduce anxiety & depression. Together, these modalities balance the brain, the glandular, digestive, energy fields and nervous systems, allowing people to experience vibrant health and well-being. Sessions can be scheduled as a 60 minute session or added on to compliment another session.

Blessings & Cleansings
For thousands of years, blessings and cleansings of a specific space or location have been a sacred tradition to create a more harmonious environment. These so called “rituals” generally occurred in order to protect its inhabitants from negative energy, clear the space of a stronger force, or simply create a positive, peaceful and loving flow to bring in good luck. Regardless of your spiritual or religious beliefs, a blessing or cleansing of your home or office is a beautiful way to redirect the existing energy and bestow blessings upon your family or business. We offer two types of energy clearings based upon your needs or intent. Together, we will find the best option for your situation.
Blessings
Whether your intention is to rid your home or office of energy that no longer serves you, change the energetic flow, or bring in peace, health & abundance to your new home, a blessing is a beautiful, yet practical way to go. The process of blessing a location is simple, usually using various intentional herbs with specific prayers and/or mantras in each room. The preparation is easy and the duration of each blessing depends on the square footage of the space being blessed. In-person sessions only.
Cleansings
On rare occasions, a stronger negative force can occupy a specific area. When negative energy is strong, it can usually affect everyone who lives or works in that space. Different situations may arise that are not always optimal or can bring havoc on a daily basis to that environment or to a specific person. Sometimes the presence is a previous existence, which may occur after a tragic event or has attached itself through a more vulnerable energy. Whatever the case, a cleansing is highly recommended and is a very powerful event. Cleansings are very sacred, held with the highest amount of reverence and performed on a very deep spiritual level. The preparation for a cleansing is discussed after a brief consultation and upon agreement of all terms. In-person sessions only.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energetic healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the belief that energy radiates from the body and is called the human energy field. When one’s energy is drained, imbalanced, or the flow is restricted by illness or injury, we are more susceptible to discomfort, further illness, and disease. Reiki restores this energy, allowing the body’s own innate healing system to be jump-started and utilized for healing.
Each session is administered through soft touch while the patient is seated or lying down and fully clothed. The practitioner’s hands are placed along energy paths on the head, throat, chest, abdomen, legs, and feet, transferring energy to the body. Sessions can be done in person or distant and can be administered to animals as well. Feel free to add crystals to enhance your session, especially for specific ailments or outcomes.
